Precision acoustic & thermal detection by senior technicians. We locate the leak before we open any flooring.
A slab leak is the only plumbing problem that gets more expensive every day you ignore it. Water moving under a concrete foundation does not stop. It saturates soil, undermines structural support, and degrades the slab itself until what started as a minor pinhole becomes a foundation repair.
Koda Plumbing Service Co handles slab leak work as a specialty. Every technician on our slab leak team in Washington Heights has been trained on electronic leak detection equipment and works under a senior plumber until certified.
Slab leaks rarely announce themselves with a visible drip. Washington Heights homeowners tend to notice them in this order:
We use acoustic listening equipment and thermal imaging to locate the leak within an 18-inch radius. Precision that protects your flooring.

When the line itself is failing, we reroute through walls or attic, removing it from under the slab permanently.
